CALLManager Pro v7.0 Billing

 

CALLManager Pro v7.0 now offers billing functions within the program.  You will now be able to not only track calls but create an invoice for the cost as well as once off and recurring charges.  Some of the functions included are as follows:

 

  • Create special rates for clients/customers/tenants

  • Plan creation for charges

  • Once off and/or recurring charges

  • Costing combinations such as multipliers, cover charges and/or flat rates

  • Nominate dates for clients and charges, such as beginning and ending date of charge to apply

  • Pro rated charging

  • Include tax in invoice

  • Invoicing via paper format or via e-mail in the form of PDF file

  • Invoicing separates each charge type (such as call costs, recurring charges, etc)

  • Account reconciliation including payments, adjustments or credits, transactions and invoices

  • Assigning unallocated calls

  • Pro-rating of charges available

  • Client tracking function to track your clients/customers as well as sales agents

 

 

 

 

Some companies lease a portion of their office space in order to recuperate business costs.  With the Billing portion of the call accounting software, you not only are able to charge for phone usage, but are also able to charge for other costs as well.  Any costs, whether once-off or recurring, may be added to their bill allowing added flexibility and to ensure that all costs are accounted for. 

 

You are also able to create Plans and will be able to attach the Plans to a particular customer or client.  You may cost according to multiplier, cover charge, flat rate or a combination thereof.  You may nominate dates in which the Plans are in effect so that revenue is not lost.
