Sales Goals...

RMS Telecommunications' goal is to provide superior, cutting edge products at an economical price.  To achieve this goal, RMS Telecommunications strives to provide all software free of application defects installed on your hardware within 30 days (the period of the temporary license) or we will refund the purchase price.

 

All sales include a 30 day free support and maintenance trial period to ensure that the software is working as expected.  Once the software has been installed, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the software program and inform RMS Telecomms of any issues that arise within the allotted time frame.

 

After the initial trial period has expired, customers may purchase an Annual Maintenance and Support contract for ongoing help desk assistance and other product benefits.  To view the benefits of an Annual Maintenance and Support contract, please visit our Support Page.

 

Note: Refunds do NOT apply where the customer's network environment (PC) prevents the software applications from performing correctly.  It is the customer's responsibility to have a network environment suitable for the installation of any RMS Telecomms software.  It is also the customer's responsibility to have any needed hardware or cables connected and tested of faults prior to the installation of RMS Telecomms software.
