RMS Telecomms Product Listing
We have recently streamlined our telephone call accounting software and billing products in order to reduce customer confusion and to assist the customer in selecting the product best suited for their company. One way in doing this is to offer an MS SQL database for all of our products. An MS SQL database offers more stability and reliability for the customer and has proven so over the years. There are no longer concerns of call volume, extension count or product functionality. Certain software functions now run as Services, therefore, eliminating the need to start a particular function in order for that function to work. Those items are now automatic and will continue to run unless interrupted due to connectivity or user interference.
CALLManager Enterprise v7.0...(Coming Soon...)
CALLManager Enterprise v7.0 builds on the traditional strengths of the CALLManager family by incorporating RMS Telecomms powerful and imaginative voice recording features along with powerful and flexible telephone call accounting software. CALLManager Enterprise includes all of the powerful features of the Pro product. In addition, features found in the stand alone CALLManager voice recorder have been imbedded in the Enterprise edition together with expanded agent (ACD) voice recording, listening and searching capabilities.
CALLManager v7.0 is a complete telephone call accounting software management AND network management solution offering call reporting as well as network reporting for computer use and/or abuse. The new version offers a new look similar to Microsoft Outlook along with live charts of call data. It now offers ACD and voice recording integration, billing functionality (similar to the previous CALLCharge product), built in alarms, an Ad-hoc Report Builder, customizable canned reports and much, much more. A copy of CALLAccess v7.0 is included in the price of CALLManager v7.0 but is also sold as a stand alone application for users who wish to capture and cost call data for other purposes...see below.

The Standard variation is similar to CALLManager Pro but does not include the Data Monitoring, Billing, Ad-hoc Report Builder or Voice Integration. It does include all of the powerful ACD monitoring and TAPI functions that are important where agents and or sales groups are employed and need to be managed.

The Lite variation offers the same easy to use style and automatic setup as Pro but does not include the ACD, Data Monitoring, Billing, Ad-hoc Report Builder or Voice Integration. If you need JUST call accounting software and nothing else, this is the product that will still deliver the speed and flexibility but at an economical price.

CALLAccess v7.0 Call Logging (Stand Alone)...
CALLAccess is sold as a stand alone product for clients who wish to collect data, rate it and write the data to a file (of their specification). Other clients who have other software applications in which to integrate (like a Property Management System) may use CALLAccess to capture the data and send it to the PMS. Extra fees may apply for the development of a call writer for this purpose. Please contact an RMS Telecomms sales associate for assistance.
TeleBILL v5.5 offers the most economical web based, fully featured billing solution on the telecoms and general billing market. TeleBILL provides an easy to use browser front end designed to navigate the user through the multitude of features available. TeleBILL provides a flexible solution that incorporates mediation from a variety of data input sources including live feeds from PBX's, platforms, data devices as well as the traditional CDR and CD media.
