Place the mouse cursor over the desired link in the listing below.  To open, double click the link.  To save the document, right mouse click and select save.  To return, click on the Home Page link or click on the About Us Tab above.

 

 

.ZIP Files

These are small utilities you can download to supplement the call accounting software. Download the .zip file to your PC and then extract (using WinZip or other decompression software) the files from the .zip file into a directory on your hard disk. One of the files extracted will be named "readme.html". This file contains information on using the downloaded program. Read this file before using the program to ensure that you have the necessary runtime components installed on your PC.

 

 

.EXE files

These are install based programs for updating programs and other files used by the telephone call accounting software application. Once you have downloaded the update, run the program over the top of your existing telephone call accounting software. Make sure that no programs provided by RMS Telecommunications are running at the time you perform the update.

Utilities

 

 

  PBX Simulator (653 Kb) This program will send data files out a com port and can also be used to test the call logging service.

 

  Port Status (608 Kb) This program is used to monitor the status of a com port.

 

 IP Client (2305 Kb) Call simulator to assist dealers in demonstrating our telephone call accounting software when not connected to an actual PBX.
